How do I know if memory care is needed?

How is level of care determined?

Before you move-in, our nurse and other team members will assess your medical history and your current situation to determine how we can best meet your needs. Base fee is determined by the room type that a resident chooses. At most communities you can select a regular size studio, large studio, or a shared studio apartment.

What is the level of care fee?

The level of care fee is based on an individualized service plan for each resident. Generally speaking, the more time spent by our team members for individualized care, the fee associated with that level of care increases.

Are there other additional costs?

There are additional fees for tray service, hair salon, some activities, guest meals, and other items. Please ask our team members to discuss specific pricing associated with these additional items.

What is the “All-Inclusive” rate?

Our All-Inclusive rate takes the guess work out of financial planning on a fixed income. We offer you a set rate that is not dependent on your care level and it doesn’t change with your care needs. This option may initially cost more than the traditional pricing, but in the end it balances out. Ask our Administrator for more details.
